Slim Line Cards bring me back to the 70’s Yes, in the 70’s thy were common place. My graduation cards from 1976 were mostly slim line cards. I think it is funny how over the years come and go, every thing old is new again.
The basic slim line card base is a 8-1/2 inch by 7 inches. Scored/folded at 3-1/2 inches.
In the red/white/blue base above, the Red is 8-1/2″ by 7″ scored at 3-1/2″. The White mat is sized done to 8-1/4″ by 3-1/4″. The Blue mat is 8″ by 3″. Ok now what do I do to make it a fun 4th of July card.

My favorite dies are the above…so I used them in this card.

than as it looks open up, tent fold
I used a piece of basic white 3″ by 3″ to make the center. Added a strip of 1″ by 3″ Red which is Cherry Cobbler to top and bottom. I die cut the letters U-S-A out of Midnight Navy.

I hope you enjoyed my card and you can use the design in other colors for Birthdays or use with Hi or Hello!
