I love this set, create beautiful cards, book marks and any paper crafter ‘s dream. I use it for get well soon cards, sympathy, birthday and just hello. The card shown is just 8-1/2 by 11 card stock, cut in half the long way, cut at 4-1/4 inches. This makes it 11 inches long by 4-1/4 inches wide. Score at 5-1/2 inches, fold in half. I next stamped the leaves on a piece of basic white…note, whisper white has a new name
I used cherry cobbler ink on whisper white and stamped Tulip heads, punched out with punch, Tulip Builder punch.
Yes, it is retiring, which means, no longer available…. Oh, how I will miss this lovely set. Great for guy cards, sympathy cards and just Thinking of You. The set and dies came in 2018, now they are retiring. Don’t miss out.
Love the springs and the leaves, can use with so many other sets….plus the leaves can be die cut using the dies. The wood slice was fussy cutted and edged with a darker color.
The mighty Oak, beautiful, simple….can you say Simple Stamping…. the thanks die cut is from a word set, that is now sold out, no longer can be ordered. This is why I say, if interested, order as soon as you can ASAP.

Yes, I went to my doctor, yes, I am vaccinated for Covid..no covid… and yes, thankful things are getting better!

The above is a image of the Easter card I did this year. Mostly made with product no longer available.
The rays of sunshine is from a stencil I made, simple and easy. The cross was fussy cutted out and the grass was sponged/stencil on in Garden Green. The He has risen is punched from the double oval punch. Yes, the double oval punch is still available.
Yes, it is retirement season for Stampin’ Up! products. If you see something you like and it is retiring, get it now before it is gone. I ordered some dies call written words and they are no longer available. The retirement happens to bring on new product. Nothing wrong with the product retiring, just that new items come to keep the creativity going.
Yes, I took the above photographs of butterflys…on my walks of 2020…I am blessed living in a wooded area with many flowers and trees of all kinds. Yes, it is March and allergy and sinus issues come with the sunshine and pollen. I have been ill the past week cause of sinus infection, it was so bad I was dizzy and my ear had major pain…no fun. My dear hubby had to put up with me being crabby. Yes, I got to the doctor and yes, I am wearing a mask on my walks outside to take my dear, Miguel (dog) for nature calls.
The below is the cards I have been working on:
The paper is so beautiful all the sheets are 6″ x6″ and can be used in so many ways.
The layout shows, it is your standard A2 card, taking a sheet of 8-1/2″ x 11″ card stock cutting in half to make 2 card bases, 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″. Yes, score at at 4-1/4″ to make your A2 card.
Note the strip of DSP (designer series Paper) is 2″ strip. So take the 6″ x 6″ paper and cut into 2″ strips…yes, I do this alot. I than make it 4-1/4″ wide, so to fit front. I punched out a 2-1/4″ circle from the 2-1/4″ circle punch…doesn’t it look great. Yes on some I added a strip of plain color card stock. I have them ready for sentiments.
Love this set with matching dies. Do you know what the difference of a butterfly and moths. Well Butterflys when they land, they tent their wings. Moths do not tent, they lay flat….many more differences I will share in the coming days.
The above may look familar, yes it is from a stamp set I can not get enought of, called Positive Thoughts. The paper is from the fern stamp in Positive Thoughts. The below is what it looked like before I cut it up for card fronts.
The above is what the stamp set looks like, one big stamp….
Yes, the butterflys were fussy cutted for the card…oh wow
I fussy cut cause I like the look…but don’t fret, dies come with this set and one die cuts all the butterflys at once…so cool.
